Rolling VW Chassis
Have your original classic chassis rebuilt with all new parts for modern performance, All chassis built to a show quality condition. Rebuild includes.

All parts are new unless specified
Floor pans (left and right) stitch welded if needed.. After welding you have the option of having your chassis sand-blasted, painted or powder-coated your choice of colors. Specialty colors at additional charge.
Pedal assembly rebuilt (Original VW)
New Dual Circuit Master Cylinder
Complete brake system overhaul. New Steel lines, rubber lines, clips and fittings
Brake drums, shoes and hardware front and rear  optional disk brakes with GM bolt pattern
New emergency brake cable, throttle cable and clutch cable 
Original VW torsion beam (ball-joint or king-pin) will be rebuilt with new seals: cleaned, prepped and painted black. option to make adjustable. New ball joints installed in front trailing arms: cleaned, prepped and painted black. Original VW spindles: cleaned, prepped and painted New wheel bearings, inner and outer, and seals.
New stub axle seals and rubber bushings installed in rear trailing arms. Cleaned prepped
KYB GR2 shocks front and rear.
Shifter with new shift rod bushings and coupler.
Original VW steering box: cleaned, prepped and painted black.
Tie rods and end links black. Chrome optional. Steering stabilizer. Chrome optional.
 All chassis Sand blasted and Powdercoated in black or Black/Gray or any color you want.
 Note add core on chassis and transaxle
